The leaves have a leathery texture and resemble willow leaves in shape and size. They are covered with fine hairs on the underside and have a silvery grey color. From April to June, small white blossoms appear in clusters on the branches of the olive tree. These blossoms emit a sweet and pleasant fragrance. The fruit of the olive tree is a stone fruit resembling a plum, with a thin skin and flesh that is extremely rich in oil.
