Regional olive trees have a lighter trunk color than a standard Olea europaea. They can be recognized by the distinctive veins in the trunk. Due to the rarity and beauty of this specific variety, the price of these trees depends on the trunk circumference of the tree.

For thousands of years, the olive tree has been cultivated in the Mediterranean area. The leaves have a leathery texture and resemble willow leaves in shape and size. They are covered with fine hairs on the underside and have a silvery grey color. From April to June, small white blossoms appear in clusters on the branches of the olive tree. These blossoms emit a sweet and pleasant fragrance. The fruit of the olive tree is a stone fruit resembling a plum, with a thin skin and flesh that is extremely rich in oil.
