The Persian Silk Tree (Albizia julibrissin) is a tree with a very beautiful flowering display. The stunning pink flowers form in July and bloom through August, providing a visual treat.
The leaves of the Albizia julibrissin are bipinnate, sickle-shaped leaves. About 15 leaves are arranged on each stem. In the evening, the leaves fold together, making the crown appear transparent.
